Our "Pretty In Pink" collection comes in a set of two, three of four 6mm straight pink stainless steel straws, along with one free cleaning brush and one free beige velvet travel bag. An extra brush is included free of charge in the set of four. Our straws are made of premium high quality 18/8 stainless steel. This 304 food grade stainless steel is corrosion-resistant. It will not degrade over time or leach a metallic taste into drinks. This steel is used predominantly worldwide and regarded as the best stainless steel to use in the kitchen environment.
We recommend that you use the brush to clean the straw then place the straw in the dishwasher. This will prevent any discoloration that may occur from the heat of the dishwasher on the steel. If you prefer place the straw in the dishwasher, please ensure it is in the upright position.
Metal straws do not leach Bisphenol A (BPA) into your drinks. BPA is an industrial chemical which has been used in the production of certain plastics and resin since the 1960s. Some scientific research has shown that plastic products made with BPA can leach into food or beverages, with potential impacts on your health. Avoiding products containing BPA is one way of reducing your exposure. All of our products are safe and completely BPA free.
Our stainless steel metal straws are rounded at the tips to avoid sharp edges, so they are perfectly safe for use. However, unlike plastic straws, metal straws will not bend or break. Unlike glass straws, if they're dropped they will not shatter or break. It’s important to remember that they are not as flexible as single use plastic straws during use. Proper use of our straw is important however; for example, if you fall on them they may bend.
